Complete Bid

The complete bid including the completed ‘Information Sheet’ must be submitted to the UIP Administrative Office (email: execdirector@uipmail.org in cc with president@uipmail.org and the Congress and Events Chair bottini2@gmail.com) before the deadline below. Applications received after the set deadline will not be considered. Societies in arrears with annual dues payments to UIP are not permitted to submit a bid.

Presentation and Bid Vote

All bidding societies will be given the opportunity to give a 5-minute audio-visual presentation about the highlights of their bid immediately before the intended vote at the UIP Council meeting during the UIP2025 World Congress in Buenos Aires.
