The sunny city of Krakow, Poland was an ideal venue for the UIP Chapter Meeting for 2019. More than 1300 delegates from 71 countries attended the meeting over 3 days.
Over the course of the 3 days, the Scientific Program comprised 4 parallel streams, 36 scientific sessions, 7 poster session and 19 workshops.
Delegates from all over the world participated in this event, enjoying the beauty of Krakow and the latest
advances in the industry.
The Opening Ceremony was a visual delight for al those who attended and the gala dinner in the spectacular Gardens of the Archaeological Museum of Krakow, sponsored by the City of Krakow, treated all to a glamorous night.
Dear UIP Chapter Meeting Participants, Faculty Members and Speakers, Thank you for coming to Krakow and being part of UIP Krakow Meeting. Thank you for the wonderful meeting atmosphere, interesting talks and discussions. Thank you for your effort to visit UIP Chapter Meeting and the beautiful city of Krakow. Special thanks from me are also going to all members of the Organising and Scientific Committees as well as to DMC Poland Company and all Friends who took care about the meeting preparation and organisation. At the end of the UIP2019 Chapter Meeting in Krakow, a tree was planted by the UIP and the organisers of UIP2019, in the city of Krakow where the event took a place. The project ‘The Congress Avenue’ represents the importance of ecology and sustainable development. Our tree was planted next to the main street next to the convention centre in cooperation with the City Green Board. The tree has an information board with the congress name and date, staying in the city as a valuable commemoration of the event. And all trees together will create a green avenue in the city center!!
