Release of the 2023-2024 UIP Annual Report

Dear UIP Members, Colleagues and Friends,

Reaching out to invite you and your UIP Member Society representatives to join the 2024 Annual General Meeting is my honor and pleasure. The gathering will be virtual and on purpose on October 12 in order to celebrate the 1 year to go to the UIP 2025 Buenos Aires World Congress. The time is set at 3 pm CET in order to accommodate both Eastern and Western time zones.

As per the constitutional art. 72, «For any business to be transacted at any General Meeting— except the adjournment of the meeting — a quorum must be present. The quorum for a General Meeting is 50% of the Membership, present in person or by Representative, proxy or attorney.»

If you can’t join please make sure to select a proxy.

The meeting will be a fundamental chance to update all the UIP Members on the Executive Committee last year action, while brainstorming together on how to move forward at best.

If you have any specific topic you’d like to discuss, please do not hesitate to write to president@uipmail.org in advance so that we can include your topic in the agenda. Attached herein you will find the annual report of the Executive Committee members: kindly review it before the Annual General Meeting so to speed up the gathering while maximizing the opportunity of pro-active discussion and decision-making.
