Selection Criteria
Applicants should read and consider the Selection Criteria for the Education Committee and the Selection Criteria for the Scientific Committee before submitting an application. 

Required Documents
Applicants will be required to complete the online an application form, and provide the following documentation (in English):

 - The complete online application form 

 - A Curriculum Vitae of a maximum of 500 words*

 - A statement (maximum 500 words*) setting out

- "Why you want to be considered for the committee"
- "What you think you will be able to contribute to the committee"

 - A letter of recommendation from a President, a nominated representative of a UIP Member Society in good standing

- Any other documentation (up to 10 pages* in total) supporting your application including

- A list of peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, guideline documents or similar published works;
- A list of scientific meetings, workshops or courses organised;
- Any other documentation that supports your application.

Applications will initially be checked for compliance by the UIP Administration. Incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant, who will have 5 business days to complete their application. The Chair of the  Committee will propose a list of candidates, the final list to be approved by the EC.
